Data Privacy
We strive to collect, handle and process the data of our customers, employees, vendors and other stakeholders with due care and in a manner that complies with all laws in all countries.
Tronox is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its employees, customers, vendors and other third parties with whom it interacts.
Our commitment to handling personal data in a safe and secure manner is described in Tronox’s Privacy Notice and Data Processing Protocol.
The Protocol is applicable to any situation where we may process third-party personal information. It sets out, among other things, the principle of confidentiality, the security practices and technical and organizational measures that Tronox has put in place globally to protect personal data. Given our global footprint and the similarity of data processing and privacy laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, we have based the Protocol and our undertakings to maintain privacy on the EU’s GDPR.
We encourage anyone whose data we hold to contact us by sending an email to [email protected] regarding the processing of their personal data or if they have questions on how we comply with applicable privacy laws including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
